An Evening Stroll through La Mata Natural Park
Health is not only the absence of illness, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. There are many personal, social, economic and environmental factors that determine the health status of a person, and in this guided walk through the natural park of La Mata, the organisers hope to make you a little more “aware” of this.
The walk is an accompanied route in which we will not only learn about the scientific evidence of the benefits that nature offers to health and wellbeing, but we will experience it in that same natural environment.
This activity already took place in April and was well received, and so the walk has been put to offer once again, so that more people can benefit from this type of initiative.
Places are limited and so booking is essential. Chances are the places will go quickly too, so you need to move quickly if you want to reserve your spot.
At the end of the walk, you can enjoy your own supper under the natural moonlight, to refresh the inner body as the outer has been experiencing throughout.

Recommendations: Mosquito repellent, comfortable clothes and tied shoes, drink and something to eat at the supper at the end of the walk.
